What Campers Will Learn

Camp is about much more than time in the saddle. Campers learn the skills that go into becoming knowledgeable, capable horsemen and women, including grooming and tacking, horse handling and safety, basic horse care, barn management, riding skills, and how to communicate effectively with their horse.

Most importantly, campers get the chance to slow down, spend meaningful time with horses, make new friends, and experience the kind of confidence that comes from learning to care for and work with a 1,000-pound partner.
